Sinochem Plastics 2016 Implementation Winner Quiz Contest has been revealed in the afternoon on June 3rd. This contest aims at instilling knowledge through its process and motivate employees to acquire knowledge with enthusiasm and thus they will continually improve their working skills and service quality. Six teams participated in this contest: Commodity Chemical Team, Function Team, Accounting Department Team, Transaction Management Team, Comprehensive Trade Department Team and Engineering Plastics Department Team.
After fierce competition, Accounting Department Team won the third prize, Engineering Plastics Department Team the second prize and the defending champion Comprehensive Trade Department Team is again the winner.
This contest started in 2011 and this year is the fifth session. It has become a signature and traditional event of our company. The vitality of rules and regulations lies in implementation. The value of knowledge is about application. This contest is in the hope of making employees more determined in the implementation of company rules.
