On July 21st, Sinochem Plastics convened in the middle of their working year at Beijing. This conference gave a general overview on work in it first half of this year and analyzed outer and inner situations the company is facing. Moreover, tasks in the second half of 2016 have also been arranged in this conference.
Since the beginning of this year, global economic recovery has been slow on track. When China’s economic growth is dipping, domestic enterprises are facing widespread oversupply, weak market demand and increasing risks. Under severe exterior situations, Sinochem Plastics has been unswervingly pushing forward with its strategy, taking proactive measures to tackle problems and ensure safe and smooth operation. Eventually, it successfully met its operation targets for the first half year, with profits turned out to be 144% of budge target.
General Manager Zhang Xiaolei addressed at this conference and arranged several key tasks for the second half year as follows:

2.Maintain high level sensitiveness to control risks and ensure smooth operation.
3.Successfully finish the positioning of new businesses and conduct rolling planning of revision work.
4.Expedite the building of e-commerce platforms.
5.Rigorously supervise the building of HSE.
6.Improve HR management mechanism and steady core team participants.
7.Enhance capacity building and improve management and service levels.
8.Steadily continue party building and discipline inspection.
