On April 24, Jin Wei, Director of Beijing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology (hereinafter referred to as “Economic Commission”) visited Incom Resources Recovery Recycling Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Incom”), accompanied by Zhang Xiaolei, General Manager of Sinochem Plastics and relevant leaders of Beijing Package Technology Association.
As a national recycling economy demonstration enterprise, Incom is the sole domestic enterprise granted with international certification and state approval to produce food-grade recycled polyester products. Director Jin Wei visited and learned the production process, technological superiority, product features and application fields of recycled polyester chips, and listened to Incom’s ten-year development history and difficulties encountered in the process of developing new industry.
Director Jin Wei expressed considerate understanding to obstacles encountered in the growth and development of emerging strategic industry and admired Incom’s efforts to forge a “Green Economy” brand for the capital over the past ten years and made contribution to the construction of a beautiful Beijing. Meanwhile, Jin Wei indicated that as a competent authority in industry, economy & information department will continue to care and support Incom’s development, help Incom implement and compete for assistance from relevant policies to relieve management pressures. At the same time, economy & information department will earnestly work out a systematic design for developing resources recovery recycling industry, pay special attention to policy environment improvement and seek for positive supports from departments concerned.
